- Capital Providers: Diversified Lending Solutions
- Sponsor Profiles: Veterans, Minorities, Women-Owned operating/investment companies.
- Property Types: Residential Fix and Flip
- Loan Amount: $100,000 to $1,250,000
- Interest Rates: 9.5% and up
- Term Length: 9 to 12 Months
- Fixed/Floating Rate: Fixed Rate
- Maximum Leverage: Up to 100% Loan to Cost
- Credit Score Minimum: 670 (options for lower credit score if liquidity, sponsor experience, leverage ratio are strong)
- Amortization Type: Interest Only
